Waves & Ribs
Straight, chipped, fractured, inclined ribs and wave structures can be used to convey either a sense of lightness or robust solidity.

Masonry & Stone
Concrete takes on the appearance of rock, rough stone, natural stone or rubble masonry, creating a new brickwork aesthetic with a precise, systematic layout.

Organic Patterns
Organic and wood designs such as grain, bamboo, reed or asymmetrically joined boards create a natural aesthetic in concrete – without the maintenance effort of real wood.

Roughcast
Plaster patterns reproduce the appearance of different plastering techniques, with the option to further enhance the effect through the use of color.

Functional
The distinctive surface structure with its sand-like grain, ripples, dimples or raised points ensures maximum slip resistance.

Art Collection
The Art Collection category showcases our latest formliners, reflecting contemporary architectural trends and providing architects and designers with a broad spectrum of creative façade design possibilities.
Production Process

01
The original forms for concrete patterns and some individual patterns are created by hand. They are molded out or cast of existing patterns. An individual design or an image are transferred into a file for the CNC-mill by a computer. It cuts the pattern into board material

02
The positive model is sealed with release wax and fitted with a casting frame. A liquid elastomer is then poured over the model to create the finished formliner.

03
Once the elastomer has cured, the frame is removed. The high elasticity of the formliner ensures a highly detailed reproduction of the pattern while providing the durability needed for multiple reuses (up to 120 uses).

04
The formliner is bonded to the formwork and treated with release agents before the concrete is cast.

05
The formliner is suitable for both precast plants and in-situ concrete applications..

06
Once the concrete has cured, the element can be demolded without difficulty. The formliner is then immediately ready for reuse—depending on the type, this is possible up to 120 times.
